Close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks
1) It is definitely overpriced. 2) The one-bedroom appartment we stayed in was very old, with the kitchen furniture and the stove dating probably early 1970s. The appartment was, however, very clean. Also, if you book it, make sure you contact the Lodging Company directly, especially if you arrive after hourse (that is after 6 pm on weekday). There was no real phone number for the after hours contact on our reservation confirmation, and we were basically left out there on the street with no contact info. Thanks to a kindness of one person we were able (by sheer luck) to access the appartment.
